View Customers

While out and about you can view your Service Desk customers with the mobile app.

1. Tap on the Customers icon in the bottom panel. A list of all customers stored in the system is displayed:



2. Use the Search for Tickets and Customers at the top left of the page to search for a particular customer - or scroll down to find the customer you want.

On this page you can:

• View Customer Details
• Create New Customer
